Babel: The Ways of Man and Purposes of God

The message for this Sunday from Genesis 11 is titled, “Babel: The Ways of Man and Purposes of God.” The Lord declares, “My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways” (Isaiah 55:8). This truth is exemplified our text this week as the people of earth following the flood depart from the plan and purpose of God to go their own way. The question for us is one of alignment. How are you aligned? Are You in Alignment with the Purposes of God or the Ways of the World?
