Why Encore?
Encore is a way to describe our desire that we as seniors would live our lives on display for Christ and for an audience of One, God himself. As we enter into the final season of our lives, we save our best for last to give all we have to hear those words from the Lord, “Well done, good and faithful servant.”

Encore large group catered events are designed for spiritual encouragement and fellowship. These gatherings include a main inspirational program in the sanctuary followed by a delicious catered lunch in the gym. Our featured guests include a variety of well-known pastors, professors, and musicians who minister and challenge us to live our lives for an audience of One.  For these events we collect a free-will offering to help offset some of the cost of the catered lunch.

These educational events provide opportunities to get your questions answered on specific practical issues that most seniors will face at some point.  Our featured presenters possess expertise on a variety of topics and give opportunities to engage further if desired. These educational gatherings are free and include a complimentary light lunch.

Encore seeks to leave a legacy of faith to those who follow behind us. With that in mind, we want to let you know that Pastor Tony, our Pastor of Youth and Family Ministries, is providing some special opportunities for you to come alongside students to help them follow Jesus. This is a great opportunity to help shape and mentor the next generation. These mentoring opportunities involve meeting one on one with students, sharing a testimony at a youth event, or simply adopting a family for which to pray.

Additional informal gatherings provide special opportunities for meaningful service or recreational activity.
